Michiel worked as (change) manager in Sales, Operations, Marketing Communications and Consultancy before starting his own consultancy business in 2012. He is passionated about change, implementation and organizational development. He has guided and implemented change programs for companies like Rabobank (domestic and international), ABN Amro, Dutch Ministry of Justice and DPA. He became a partner at Synthetron in 2017.
With his vision, social, analytical and communications skills he can identify new insights and creates consciousness for his clients. This all starts with the right questions. In order to facilitate change and implementation he believes in the dialogue, as an instrument to help and provide meaning and reflection to and during the change program. Synthetron supports in facilitating dialogue to large groups and to really listen to the target audience.
He graduated in Communications and Business Administration and is educated as individual coach and team coach.
Michiel likes to spend his time with his wive and 2 kids. He plays hockey, likes to ski, run and read.
